Bend&Shake is a multi-genre queer party run by women and non-binary people of the Global Majority. EVERYONE is welcome, but this event aims to provide a safer space for women, non-binary people, trans people, asylum seekers and QIPOC.

We’re back with our third Pride Party. With the absence of what we feel is an inclusive pride party in the North East (authentically organised and hosted by marginalised communities with intersectionality), we're continuing to host Bend&Shake parties. We hope it still offers you an alternative to the Newcastle scene, which we feel misses out on representing marginalised communities.

As usual, we will provide music that doesn't just stick to the idea of what "queer culture" is. Music will range from Techno, House, Pop, Soul, Garage, Funk, Drum & Bass, Electro, Dance, Hip Hop and more.

Tickets are £13+bf in advance and £15 on the door. We also have some advance concession tickets available for £10+bf.

The venue is wheelchair accessible with gender-neutral facilities. And as always, any bad behaviour and you will be asked to leave immediately.

We often have a photographer at our events, and they will take photos throughout the event. Buying a ticket to our events means you consent to your photo being taken and images being used for our promotional purposes. Please let the photographer know if you want to avoid being photographed.

Refunds are only available if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
